I recently tried contacting Gills Printing and Color Graphics requesting an estimate for a rather large job of magazine printing on a monthly basis. The receptionist who stated her name was Elaine answered and could not be more rude and unprofessional if she tried. She stated to me that she has several employee's that can handle my order, but EVERYBODY is out to lunch. I asked to speak to the owner, she then transferred me to a RUDE man named Mike who stated he was the manager. Mike told me to call another company, he then hung up on me.

I then proceeded to call back, and the operator answered. She stated her name was Elaine. She raised her voice to me and said that Mike told me not to call there any longer.

I requested that Elaine have the owner return my call because I have a complaint about the way I was treated by Mike. She raised her voice to me and said that MIKE TO YOU NOT TO CALL HERE AGAIN, she then hung up on me without warning. I had previously given her my name and number and she is intercepting the complaint.

I AM A CONSUMER AND I AM VERY HURT ABSOLUTELY APPALLED THAT DISGUSTED THAT GILL PRINTING THROUGHT THEIR MANAGER MIKE AND RECEPTIONIST ELAINE WOULD TREAT PEOPLE WITH SUCH DISREPECT WHO ARE CALLING THEIR BUSINESS AND TRYING TO ORDER.

I could not believe the HORRIBLE and DISGUSTING nature that Gills Printing treated me, therefore, I turned on the recording so you can hear for yourself.

The owner of Gills Printing owes me and the public an apology for the unprofessional and unethical ways I was treated by their manager Mike and receptionist Elaine.
